The refund or copy request ratio is 1% of the total transaction, as per bank policy. For any cancellation, a non-refundable penalty of €25.00 plus VAT per person will be charged from the moment the booking is confirmed and the credit card is debited. This does not apply to Taxi Land Transfers.

Failure to show up will result in forfeiture of the refund.

Athens Tours Greece reserves the unilateral right to cancel any tour at any time, guaranteeing a refund to those passengers who have completed their fare payments. In such cases, we are committed to providing substantial assistance in finding suitable alternative arrangements for the affected passengers.

It is imperative that all cancellations are officially confirmed by Athens Tours Greece. We reserve the right to adjust, revise, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our cancellation policy, on an individual or general basis, without prior notice.

Once a partial or full payment has been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing and are in effect 24 hours after the date we receive them.

No cancellation fees unless non show or last moment. The “NO CANCELLATION FEES” condition valid if a tour is cancelled within 24 hours prior to departure time.

Vehicle Reservation Cancellation Policy.

• Sedans: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be charged a nominal fee of €1 per person.
• Minivan: Cancellations made within 36 hours of departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations outside of the 36 hour window will be charged €1 per person.
• Minibus (10-20 seats): Cancellations made within 96 hours of departure are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made more than 96 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee of €1 per person.
• For all vehicles: No show without prior cancellation will result in no refund.

Special Circumstances:.

• No refunds will be given for cancellations made within the critical hours prior to the departure date, except in cases where the trip cannot proceed due to the cruise ship or aircraft not arriving at the port, or conditions that prevent the operator from conducting the tour.
• In cases where the ship arrives but passengers are not allowed to disembark for any reason determined by the captain or the cruise line, a fee of 40% of the total cost will be charged. If the total cost has been paid in full in advance, 60% will be refunded to the client.

The purpose of this policy is to ensure clarity and fairness to all parties involved and to allow for unforeseen changes while respecting the planning and resources allocated by the service provider.

• Cancellations up to 25 days prior to arrival: Full refund less Euro 50
• Cancellations 25 to 14 days prior to arrival date: 50% cancellation fees
• Cancellations 14 days or less prior to arrival date: Charge of full stay (100%).

Private Day Tours Cancellation Policy:

• More than 12 Days Before Arrival: Eligible for a full refund, with a deduction of €50.00 as a processing fee.
• Between 11 to 7 Days Before Arrival: Subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost.
• 6 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund available; 100% of the total cost will be charged.

Multiple Day Tours Cancellation Policy:

• More than 25 Days Before Arrival: Eligible for a full refund, minus a €50.00 processing fee.
• Between 25 to 15 Days Before Arrival: Subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost.
• 14 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund available; 100% of the total cost will be charged.
